The Central Bureau for Astronomical Telegrams announces in Electronic Telegram (CBET) No. 2075
(Daniel W. E. Green, ed.) that Koichi Nishiyama, Kurume, Fukuoka-ken, Japan, and Fujio Kabashima, Miyaki-cho, Saga-ken, Japan,
report their discovery of a possible nova in Aquila at magnitude 10.9 on two 40-second nfiltered CCD frames taken on Dec. 14.398 and 14.399 UT.
Confirming unfiltered CCD frames taken around Dec. 14.408 show the object at magnitude 10.9.
